These terms summarize the scope, delivery standards, and results acknowledgment that apply when you purchase or activate a Surge Media service.

Scope Of Services
Surge Media provides marketing, artist positioning, brand development, playlist outreach, and algorithm-focused promotional services. Services are strategic and execution-based and do not promise fixed results.

Delivery Of Services
When purchase and required onboarding are completed the same day, Surge Media targets delivery of EPK and Spotify bio treatments within six hours of activation and an initial playlist-placement window of 24–72 hours. These are service targets—not guarantees—and depend on complete client materials, platform conditions, curator response, and the purchased scope. Services are considered delivered when the agreed actions or deliverables have been completed and provided.

Results Disclaimer
Streaming totals, playlist reach, audience growth, and platform response vary based on platform behavior, listener engagement, release timing, and market conditions. Surge Media does not guarantee numerical outcomes or performance thresholds.

Algorithm-Focused Strategy
Algorithmic activation is the goal of every campaign, but it is not guaranteed. We make a genuine, human-led effort to create sustainable growth signals through relevant outreach, positioning, and long-term development rather than short-term or artificial metrics. Performance may not be immediate or linear.

Courtesy Actions
Support or submissions provided beyond the purchased scope are voluntary courtesy actions. They do not admit fault, change the original delivery standard, or create an obligation for refunds or guarantees.

Payments And Refunds
Payments cover services, execution, and reserved time. Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Dissatisfaction with performance results alone does not mean services were not delivered.

Client Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, onboarding, or service activation, you confirm that you reviewed and agree to these terms and the applicable program description.

Campaign song selection: You may select up to three songs for a single campaign, and every campaign is intended to focus on one connected artist roster. Genuine collaborations are eligible when the selected tracks share at least one primary, featured, or jointly billed artist. If the selections do not share any billed artist, you may continue after acknowledging the campaign-structure recommendation; however, our team may focus the activation on the first artist and song selected, or default it to as many as three eligible songs from one artist. When more than one song is chosen, our outreach, positioning, and optimization effort is shared across every selected release, giving each record a portion of the campaign’s attention. For the clearest strategy and strongest chance of building meaningful signals that may encourage algorithmic activity, we recommend dedicating each campaign to one priority song. Algorithmic activation is a campaign goal, not a guaranteed outcome.
